okay yes as a North American viewer, I was a bit bamboozled as to why he was doing a terrible Irish accent. We wondered if there were no actual Irish people available that day? it brings absolutely nothing to the storyline, I mean it's an absurd show , get it but nonetheless feels a bit appropriative.
"I saw Gladiator II and, unsurprisingly, had a great time. It’s like fan fiction for the first film and I mean that as a compliment." This is absolutely right! At the beginning it even feels like a remake until it starts taking shape and defining its own plot, but there are lots of winks to Gladiator and somehow it works rather well. I wasn't convinced a sequel was needed but I'm happy to eat my own words.
It was so much fun and definitely one for a big cinema screen! Like I don’t see it winning any awards or anything but once you’re having a good time who cares!
So many shirtless, hairy men swinging their dongs around. I'm obsessed.
Hahah it’s the show we didn’t know we needed!
I am thoroughly obsessed with Fred-Fred and Lizzie … And the line “I declare this an area of …” just really sent me. Loved the show!
They’re so sweet together!! I just LOVE how much he fancies her!
This was such a good piece! 😂💜
Ah I’m so glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for sharing! ☺️
Agree and also YES, I will forgive many an Oirish accent after Only Murders.

Yeah pretty much everyone here haaated it, I have no idea what they were thinking!
Hahah, I still don’t understand why they did that to us!!
But Aidan Turner IS Irish ! That was the truly baffling thing.

Aren't we entertained? 😂 That's all that matters
